The Pratt Planning and Architectural Collaborative (PPAC) is a nonprofit, public interest planning and architectural practice that has provided professional services to community-based development organizations for over twenty years. Our work enables our clients to undertake a wide range of projects, including affordable and special needs housing, community and cultural facilities, parks, and schools. PPAC is staffed by a diverse and skilled group of architects, planners, development finance experts and construction specialists. Our unusual depth of experience and breadth of professional expertise enables us to work with our clients from the initial conception of a project through its final completion and occupancy.
