The Pratt Center regularly publishes policy reports, studies of neighborhood development needs, and timely investigations of vital issues in planning and community development in New York City, including affordable housing, workforce development, zoning, and transportation.

In addition, we produce two newsletters - the quarterly Pratt Center eNews, and Energy Matters, an occasional update on opportunities for making buildings energy efficient.
